Recent reports say that 80% of rape victims in Mizoram are minors. What is your view on the issue and is there a solution?

Honestly, I abhor rape, especially when it comes to minors. I sometimes cannot read or watch television regarding child abuse. There are certainly many ways to prevent rape. Some of these in my opinion are: teach girls that some parts in their body are private, not to let others touch them unless it is for medical care etc. Talking openly about sexuality and sexual abuse that will teach the children that they should not keep this kind of issue a secret. We also need to prohibit them on what channels they watch on TV, as some films, video games contain sexual violence of many kinds.
