Manchester United have agreed a first refusal deal with Sporting Lisbon to sign midfielder Luis Gomes for 14 million, reports said. The 16-year-old signed his first contract earlier this month but is already being linked with an exit to one of Europe’s elite clubs given the comparisons with legendary Portuguese footballer Lorenzo Figo. Reportedly, the Red Devils will pay the fee in the future depending on whether the club decides to sell him.
In the acquisition of Hannibal Mejbri from Monaco for a fee of 10 million, as well as Amad Diallo for 36 million from Atalanta and Facundo Pellistri for 10m. Notably, it was also shown in recent acquisitions of Carlo Ancelotti for 12 million (around?10 crore) and Giovanni Battista for $10 million respectively. The acquisition is expected to grow over time, according to reports.
