If we compare it with Paytm’s store, it is no match as it has full-fledged apps from top publishers like Facebook, Facebook Lite, Swiggy, Myntra, PhonePe, Zee5, Amazon Shopping, etc. However, Indus App Bazaar doesn’t have Progressive Web Apps which power the mini-app store by PayTm. This comes after an Indian company launched an Android operating system in 2015 that focused on localization, simplicity, personalization and performance optimization to enhance user experience. But when compared its store there is none.
Yet available on the Paytm Mini App Store, which doesn’t support native apps. The Indus App Bazaar has an easy self-publishing portal where developers can create accounts and publish their app/ other collaterals in easy steps. Notably, Indis is the first Indian app store to cross 100 million users milestone recently in September. Noteworthy features like no mandatory sign-in through email ID and availability of apps in multiple languages make it a desi alternative to Google Play Store.
