BGT choir Shalom Chorale wow judges with ‘euphoric’ rendition of Shackles

Shalom Chorale, aged between 17 and 40, performed an incredible rendition of the song ‘Shackles’ from a church via video link. Judges Amanda Holden, David Walliams, Alesha Dixon and Ashley Banjo were seen clapping and bopping along, before showering them with praise. “I think that it might have gone in your favour, because that to me felt like some kind of music video,” said another judge. The choir also sang alongside singers Soldiers Of Swing.

British magician Aidan McCann performed a mind-reading trick from his bedroom as the competition heats up in the fifth semi-final of Britain’s Got Talent. He added, “When I knew gonna be recorded for my bedroom I had to decide what would work best.” Amanda will feature on the show after her debut album sold out on Amazon the day it was released.
